HOW TO MAKE POTATOES NUGGET




INGREDIENTS:

  • ·         300 gr potatoes

  • ·         5 clove of garlic

  • ·         2 clove of onion

  • ·         Pepper

  • ·         1 teaspoon of salt

  • ·         2 teaspoons of sugar 

  • ·         3 tablespoons of  rice powder

  • ·         3 tablespoons of  wheat flour

  • ·         3 eggs

  • ·         Bread crumbs






11.   Boil and pound potatoes until soft in the bowl.




22.   Pound garlic, onion, pepper, sugar, salt and mix with wheat flour, rice powder, and potatoes.




33. Steam the nugget batter until ripe and then slice suit fancy.


44. Beat 2 eggs with two tablespoons of water, then add your wheat flour and bread crumbs to a separate bowl.  Dunk each  nugget piece in the egg mixture. smear  with wheat flour, dunk  in the egg mixture, and dipthem in thebread crumbs.




55. Save in the refrigerator so that bread crumbs is adhere and fried nuggets using medium-high heat. To check if oil is ready, toss in a fiew bread crumbs. If they sizzle slightly, we are ready to cook our potatoes nuggets. Add the potatoes nugget to the oil. They should be cooked until they are golden brown.
