How to encourage English department
students to speak English more often and confidently.
In this time, many students
in English department don’t know what they must do. They cannot speak fair
English because they never practice and they are not confident to speak English.
Many steeps to encourage English department students to speak English more often and confidently:
Firstly, make students interested to study English by
making exercises more challenging so the learners do not grow complacent and
bored. We must reduces the levels slightly at the beginning, so the students
will feel less pressure and they will be more motivated.
Secondly, give the freedom to speak everything that they
want. If they make mistakes, don’t make them down, give motivation and support.
Don’t give a differences and make opinion that they are same. With that, they
will feel confident.
Thirdly, Learn to speak frequently with their friends.
Make a comunitee that when they meet-up must speak with English. Focus with
communication not with a rightness. It means we more count the fluency and
bravery when speak.
With many practices,
students can more habitually and they won’t feel afraid to speak English. All
of us must receive and don’t interrupt another person.
